A woman arrived at an elegant party, dressed to impress and feeling completely confident. The room was full of people laughing, drinking, and making small talk, but after a few minutes of scanning the crowd, her eyes landed on one man standing alone near the bar.
He was handsome, calm, and looked like he had just stepped out of a movie scene.
She smiled, walked over to him, and said, “Hello. My name is Carmen.”
The man gave her a charming smile. “Carmen,” he said. “That’s a beautiful name. Is it a family name?”
She laughed softly and shook her head.
“No, actually. I gave it to myself.”
He raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “Really? Why Carmen?”
“Well,” she said proudly, “it represents the two things I enjoy most in life: cars and men. So I combined them and chose Carmen.”
The man nodded slowly, clearly impressed by her confidence.
“That’s very creative,” he said.
She leaned a little closer, pleased with herself. “And what’s your name?”
The man straightened his jacket, smiled politely, and replied:
“B. J. Titsengolf.”
