A group of girls walked into a bar one evening, laughing loudly and looking very proud of themselves.
They found a table near the counter, and one of the women waved the bartender over.
“Line up a row of drinks for all of us,” she said.
The bartender smiled, poured the drinks, and set them neatly in front of the group.
The girls picked up their glasses, raised them high, and shouted together:
“Here’s to 51 days!”
Then they all downed their drinks in one go.
A few minutes later, one of them called the bartender again.
“Line ’em up!”
The bartender poured another round.
Once again, the girls lifted their glasses and cheered:
“To 51 days!”
And once again, they drank everything.
By now, the bartender was curious. They seemed happy, excited, and extremely proud, but he had no idea what they were celebrating.
Finally, he leaned on the bar and asked:
“Okay, I have to know. I don’t get it. Why in the world are you toasting 51 days?”
One of the girls smiled proudly and said:
“We just finished a jigsaw puzzle.”
The bartender blinked.
“A puzzle?”
“Yes!” she said. “And that’s why we’re celebrating.”
He still looked confused.
So she explained:
“It had written on the box ‘2-4 years’ but we finished it in only 51 days!”
