The conflict between Priscilla Presley and Riley Keough over Lisa Marie’s estate has been resolved.

Priscilla Presley, Lisa Marie’s mother and Elvis’ ex-wife, and Riley Keough, her daughter, have reached a settlement in their court dispute over Lisa Marie Presley’s estate.

On January 12, 2023, the singer and Elvis Presley’s sole child tragically passed away from a heart arrest.Sadly, after Lisa Marie’s untimely passing, the Presley family went through a lot of strife. The Hollywood Reporter reported on January 26 that Priscilla had petitioned to invalidate a 2016 change to Lisa Marie’s last will and testament that had given Riley and her deceased brother Benjamin Keough control over the estate.

In addition to other anomalies, Lisa Marie’s signature on the paper was allegedly disputed by Elvis’ ex-wife Priscilla and appeared to be unnotarized. The grandma and granddaughter reached a settlement agreement for an undisclosed sum on May 16 after months of legal battles. A single name is currently in the process of becoming the singer of “Lights Out”‘s trustee.

One more step has been taken toward the resolution of the conflict involving singer Lisa Marie Presley’s business issues. Riley Keough, along with the “sub-trusts” of Lisa Marie’s other two daughters, twins Harper and Finley Lockwood, legally became the sole trustee of her mother’s estate on June 12, according to legal documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight.

In the filing, the attorney for the “Daisy Jones and the Six” actress stated that she will not receive a “trustee fee” from the estate, as Priscilla Presley purportedly would have. As the person in charge of the sub-trust for Lisa Marie’s half-brother, Navarone Garibaldi, Priscilla will still have a limited role in the settlement, which will come from a “one-time” payment from Lisa Marie’s trust.

After resolving her “request for document interpretation” on Lisa Marie’s trust, Priscilla told Entertainment Tonight that “the Presley family is stronger than ever” and that the legal snafu was behind them.

She stated in her statement, “I want to make clear that there was never any lawsuit filed against my beautiful granddaughter, even though certain media classified such a plea as a lawsuit. We are happy that we were able to solve this as a family. I’m hoping that everyone will give my family and I the space we need to properly mourn Lisa Marie and be with each other privately.
