A married couple in their early 60s was out celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary at a cozy little restaurant. Suddenly, a beautiful fairy appeared and said, “For being such a wonderful and faithful couple, I’ll grant you each one wish!”
The wife smiled and said, “I’d love to travel around the world with my darling husband.”
The fairy waved her wand – poof! – and two luxury cruise tickets appeared.
Then it was the husband’s turn. He thought for a moment and said, “Well, this is once in a lifetime… I’m sorry, my love, but I wish for a wife 30 years younger than me.”
The fairy frowned but granted his wish anyway. She waved her wand – poof! – and suddenly the husband was 92 years old.
Moral of the story: Fairies are female!
