This summer at Flathead Lake in Montana, a blonde new to boating just couldn’t get her brand-new 22ft Bayliner to run properly.
No matter how much power she gave it, the boat was sluggish and refused to plane.
After an hour of frustration, she pulled into a marina for help. The staff checked everything—engine fine, propeller correct, nothing seemed wrong.
Finally, one of the guys jumped in the water to look underneath. Seconds later, he surfaced—laughing so hard he could barely breathe.
Why?
The boat was still strapped to the trailer.
